Another creation from "Artisan Baking Across America." This is Sullivan St. Bakery (NYC)'s potato pizza. really really wet dough, lots of olive oil, potatoes, onions, rosemary, salt. Tasted pretty good, the dough was tricky though. i think it would be good to add either some parm or maybe a wee bit of bacon / proscuitto! this one will be made again.

steve, potato pizza was the first type of homemade pizza I started on a couple of years ago (i.e. college group girls slumber party, haha), and it's still a regular fave of ours! I used to do just potato, onion, olive oil, etc., but now our "potato" pizza is usually: pesto, potatoes, proscuitto, some kind of cheese. =) I throw on tomatoes if I have them, etc. and it is delicious! your pizza looks awesome!
